Data compilation The information procured by States Data integrates several elements of data for our customers. The data is compiled from various reliable and legitimate sources. The data collected, passes stringent verification to keep it fresh and accurate.

Security


Information provided to us, stays with us. At States Data, we assure security of your information. We set accessibility levels to ensure that the information is available only to authorized individuals for legitimate business needs. We do not sell or share the information with a third party without written or electronic agreement that defines the limitations with respect to the data. We review our customer’s use and ensure that the information is not used for deceptive, misleading, distasteful, or suspicious purposes.

Compliance

States Data complies with all applicable federal and state laws pertaining to data privacy along with the rules formulated by industry groups of which the company is a contributing member, including the Direct Marketing Association (DMA). We maintain agreements with our customers containing strict controls on the data as required by the applicable laws and industry standards.

Collection of information

States Data does not collect personal information that may make the customer identifiable, unless and until provided by the visitor voluntarily. We value opinions and suggestions and conduct online surveys from time to time to enhance the way we serve. These surveys are optional to visitors and information collected through these surveys is used to make improvements to States Data. The visitors taking the survey are unidentifiable unless and until stated in the survey. States Data possess rights to do a statistical analysis on the visitors’ behavior and characteristics based on the survey. We provide analysis only in the form of accumulated data to third parties.

Visitors should note that States Data collects non-personal information and data through automatic standard operations of States Data internet services or through cookies. States Data gives visitors access to opt-out from providing any promotional communication in future. We also give option to change/update e email or any other personal information. States Data also makes efforts to delete personal information provided by visitors if they requests.

States Data may disclose visitor information if requested or if it’s mandated by a law, court order or government or law enforcement agency.

States Data has all the rights to change the privacy statement at any time upon providing prior notice to visitors. The privacy statement and policies defined here are not intended to create any contractual rights to any other person or entity.
